Shipping & Returns
Domestic Orders over Australia
All of our orders are processed on the Central Coast within 48 hours via Australia Post. You will receive a confirmation email upon ordering and shipment Should you have an enquiry on the whereabouts of your order and have already received your shipping confirmation, please contact Australia Post directly, your tracking number will be provided in the email.
Lush Studio is not liable for lost or delayed shipments once the order has been shipped. Should your parcel be delayed please contact the postal provider and reference your tracking number. If a shipment is lost by Australia Post, you will receive a resolution from the postal provider.
Please note: During sales, new releases and peak selling periods there may be delays with dispatch and delivery.
International Orders
We are currently working out the logistics of scaling our business and this will be something we provide in the very close future.
Returns
Items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund if they are damaged or faulty. (This is only ever the case if the item has been damaged by the delivery service as items are checked thoroughly prior to shipment)
The item returned must meet the following conditions:
• The return is processed by the client within 14 days of receipt of order.
• The item is returned with proof of purchase.
• The item is returned in its original condition: unused, tags attached.
• The item is not a gift voucher.
Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable. We ask that you choose carefully when purchasing during a promotional period.
